Framework weekly product update email — July 21st, 2022

Dear Friends of Framework,

We’re back with more exciting changes for you 😊 Here’s the latest:

🔔 Get a component summary in your challenge email notification

  • Members now have a more specific CTA for each day of their challenge, with the component list itself previewed in the email that’s dripped as each lesson is released. We’re hopeful this will help keep members focused and keen to return to their daily to-do’s.

✍️ Edit challenge emails in a dialog

  • Emails are an essential way of keeping challenge participants in the loop and motivated to keep at it. With that in mind, we’re excited to now offer Admins the full range of capabilities and spaciousness offered in our standard text editor dialog (as you’d see when creating a post) for all emails edited in the Builder View—namely, the challenge drip emails and the onboarding emails.

👀 Prospective customers can now preview templates

  • Curious customers exploring Framework can now preview templates as an unauthenticated user as they get to know Framework through our site and onboarding.

🖌️ Improved lesson status UI

  • We’ve simplified the way we visualize lesson status on both the home page and the lessons page. You’ll notice we’ve: removed the checklist, added the challenge cover photo, and added arrows to the home page that enable a horizontal scroll between multiple active challenges.

🐛 Bugs squashed and small changes

  • Resolved issues around assigning a challenge to group
  • Fixed issues with the Create Event button in the Member view
  • Stopped instances of creating a challenge with a template automatically creating another instance of the previous template
  • Resolved instances of the free trial banner covering the component toolbar
  • Fixed issues with creating a post during a lesson
  • Various style improvements to billing page: the pricing table is now responsive, unnecessary padding has been removed, and there is now a short description of each plan included

Thanks as always for taking the time to keep in touch with us. It means a lot. You won’t be hearing from us next week (😱), but we’ll be back in action with extra updates for you August 4th. If you’re missing us in the meantime, feel free to check out our latest blog posts, which include a bunch of inspiring interviews with our customers—they’re all awesome people. Otherwise, always feel free to get in touch with questions, ideas, or anything else for us.

With best wishes,

Hannah
