Framework weekly product update email – June 2nd, 2022

Dear Friends of Framework,

Happy June 🌞 This week we released some changes that made launching and monitoring the success of your challenge a whole lot simpler. Here are the highlights:

📈 Curriculum Analytics and Report Cards (Beta)

  • We’re excited to now offer aggregated Challenge Curriculum analytics, bringing visibility to how many members are engaging with each moment, component (and, by extension, lesson) of the challenge. Admins now have access to a table that lists each item in the challenge curriculum consecutively. They can then view how many members have viewed and completed each item.
  • Admins can also quickly navigate to a Member’s Report Card from Challenge > Member Analytics > Member, enabling them to drill into historical data for any individual they find in their Challenge completion data.

✉️ UX Improvements to Invite Dialog

  • Admins can now specify what to direct people to either the community itself are a specific challenge via a new "Direct to..." dropdown. Additionally, the invite link will now adjust to either community or challenge specific depending on what is in context.
  • They can also now add one or multiple email addresses to the Invite via Email field, and specify what role that Member should have. Additionally, the text in the email field now disappears once the invite has been successfully sent out, allowing admins to send out another invite without having to delete text first.

💰 Simplified Products and Payments UX

  • To simplify payments UX for admin, we no longer have a distinct Products tab in the left nav. Instead, Admins will now see Products on the Payments page, so all things having to do with payments live on the same page.

🧑‍🎨 Post font and padding adjustments

  • You might notice we increased the font size for expanded post headers and made some minor padding adjustments to posts!

🐛 Bugs squashed

  • Made performance improvements to our curriculum analytics load time and data integrity.
  • Corrected instances of Admins being dropped in the Landing Page view when trying to preview lessons in their challenge.
  • Fixed issues with editing home page settings.
  • Resolved disorienting UX from selecting a component on the Home screen and being brought to the Lessons page without the active Lesson being expanded.
  • Improved UX that was previously caused confusion around the left navigation drawer collapsing when navigating from a Chat Space to the Lessons page.
  • Now prioritize showing the left drawer and component, over the lesson list, when a component is open and the screen is narrow.
  • Resolved issues with upsell dialogs appearing when the upsell trigger has been set to "After purchase or enrollment". The dialog now shows up at the expected moment.
  • Corrected instances where Members were brought to the the Landing Page of a fixed start challenge, rather than the Challenge Lesson page.
